But fret not, it’s all gone the way you’d love it for. In fact, it’s purposely baked burnt! The burnt and caramelized cream cheese on the top combined with the soft and creamy cheese inside compliment each other very well that it doesn’t make us feel jelak once eating it. It’s light inside yet it’s heavenly creamy. The sweetness is just right coupled with a slight tanginess, just like how a premium cheesecake should be.
